The Member shall be required to apply for the Cancellation of their membership at least One (1) Calendar Month in advance. Membership Subscription of the Member must be cleared in full. Sellers should encourage buyers to leave reviews by providing excellent customer service and high-quality products. However, it's important to note that there are specific policies that sellers must follow when it comes to product reviews. For example, sellers are not allowed to post fake reviews or offer incentives for positive reviews. They also cannot harass or threaten buyers who leave negative reviews. Violating these policies can result in account suspension or termination. 30. Order fulfilment Order fulfilment is a crucial part of the online marketplace experience. Once a customer orders, it's up to the seller to ensure that the item is shipped and delivered promptly. To do this effectively, sellers should have a transparent process for handling orders. This might include printing shipping labels, securely packing items, and choosing a reliable carrier. It's also essential to communicate with the customer throughout the process, providing tracking information and addressing any concerns they may have. 31. Returns and Refunds At our online Marketplace, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a clear policy on returns and refunds to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to initiate a return or refund, log into your account and enter the order. From there, you can select the 'Return' or 'Refund' option and follow the prompts to initiate the process. Our customer support team can also assist you if you encounter any issues. The Membership Dues are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. All members shall pay the Initiation Fee of an amount specified by the Company when applying for membership. These fees shall become due immediately upon the acceptance of the applicant as a Member, which shall be at the Company's sole discretion. The membership shall be activated once the Company receives these amounts. All cheque payments are subject to realization. The Member shall be required to pay the 'Monthly Subscription' in advance by choosing one of the payment options provided by the Company. In this regard, the Member shall execute any Authorisations and Documents as may be required by the Company. RECURRING: A Member choosing the Recurring Payment Option must pay their Membership Subscription on a recurring month-on-month basis. The Members must provide the Company with Credit Card Details to charge the specific Credit Cards or Bank Accounts for the Membership Subscription. The Member has no right to stop the recurring month-on-month payment of the membership subscription. In case there is a default by the Member in making timely payments, then the membership shall remain suspended for the entire period of the default and such suspension shall be revoked only on the payment of the payable monthly subscription and a 'late fee' where applicable, charged by the Company. Members are not permitted to cancel their membership during the Minimum Contract Period Term of the Membership. 32. Intellectual Property At our online Marketplace, we take intellectual property very seriously. We have strict policies to protect our sellers' and customers' rights. As a seller, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are not infringing on anyone else's intellectual property rights when creating product listings. In that case, we may take action against you, including removing your listings from our Marketplace and suspending or terminating your account. It is essential to familiarize yourself with our policies and regulations surrounding intellectual property to avoid any issues down the line. 33. Account Suspension and Termination Account suspension or termination may occur if a user violates the terms and conditions of the online Marketplace. This can include fraudulent activity, selling prohibited items, or repeatedly violating policies. If an account is suspended or terminated, the user will receive a notification explaining the reason for the action. The user can then appeal the decision by contacting customer support and providing relevant information or evidence to support their case. 34. Governing Law The governing Law of our online Marketplace is based on the jurisdiction where the seller is located. This means that if a seller is located in California, for example, the laws of California will apply to any disputes between the seller and buyer. It's important to note that while we do our best to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, ultimately, it is up to the seller to ensure they follow all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, we encourage both parties to try and resolve the issue through open communication and negotiation. If this is not possible, we offer a dispute resolution process that is designed to be fair and impartial. Our team will review the evidence both parties provided and decide based on the facts presented. The governing Law and jurisdiction applicable to any disputes between users and the Marketplace are essential to our Terms and Agreements.
