Return Policy Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

General Return Terms

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-eight (28) days of the purchase date.
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns must be individually agreed upon and authorized by the specific seller before sending.

Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

To initiate a return, you must email customer service at policy@xb2bx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This is mandatory.

Securely Package Your Item

After receiving your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include your proof of purchase and the assigned RMA number.

Mail the Return

Mail your return to the address below. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method.

💰 Refunds & Exceptions

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from receipt to process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. You will be notified by email when processing is complete.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for refund or credit.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a specific exchange or refund process.
