-    SBLC (MT 760): From TOP 50 bank, 100% Fully Cash-Backed, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Transferable, Assignable and Unrestricted, Operative at sight at loading port via MT 760 given as guarantee only and valid for 365 + 1 day. For each month’s delivery, within 3 banking days, the buyer pays by MT103/TT against the shipping document as per the contract.

-      ARDLC (MT 700): From TOP 50 bank, Auto Revolving, Cash-Backed, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Transferable and Unrestricted, Operative at sight at loading port via MT 700 given as guarantee only and valid for 12 months. For each month’s delivery, within 3 banking days, the buyer pays by MT103/TT against the shipping document as a contract.

Procedures:

1.             Buyer issues LOI;

2.             Seller Mandate issues official SCO;

3.             Buyer accepts SCO by signing it and returning it to the Seller Mandate with ICPO

+ CIS/KYC + NCND / IMFPA + BCL;

4.             Seller issues FCO to be signed and returned by the buyer;

5.            Seller issues the draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Buyer returns it signed and sealed within 72 hours;
